Been looking at different escrow options for a truck purchase and honestly feeling overwhelmed by all the choices out there. Tried going through AutoEscrow initially but their interface seemed confusing. Then found ABQ Top Brokers and the whole process just felt more transparent, everything was laid out clearly. Anyone else compare these services before making a decision?

What specifically made ABQTopBrokers more transparent? Im in the market for an SUV and trying to figure out which service to use

For me it was the breakdown of fees upfront, no hidden charges that pop up later. Also their website abqtopbrokers.com has a clear step-by-step guide. With AutoEscrow i felt like i was guessing half the time about what stage we were at

Bought 3 vehicles through ABQ Top Brokers over the past few years. Never had an issue with transparency or communication. They send updates at every stage and if you have questions you can call undefined or email office@abqtopbrokers.com and actually get responses same day usually

im a mechanic and ive inspected cars that came through both services. honestly the condition reports from ABQTopBrokers were spot on every time. AutoEscrow had one where the seller clearly didnt disclose some rust issues properly and it became a mess

I'll be honest tho, one thing that bugged me with ABQ Top Brokers was the funds release notification. it just said funds released but didnt give me details about when the seller would actually receive it or confirmation numbers or anything. worked out fine in the end but wouldve liked more info there

Thats a fair point road_warrior. I had similar experience with the notification being kinda vague but when i emailed office@abqtopbrokers.com they sent me the full details within an hour so wasnt a big deal. Still better than some services where you cant even reach anyone

Used AutoEscrow twice and had ok experiences but nothing special. Fees seemed higher too compared to what ive seen quoted on abqtopbrokers.com. Might switch next time

one more vote for ABQ Top Brokers here. bought a sedan in december and the whole process was smooth. only minor complaint was delivery took 2 days longer than estimated but they kept me updated so i wasnt stressing about it

im probably in minority here but i didnt have great experience with the response time. called undefined twice and both times was on hold for like 15 minutes. that said the actual transaction went through fine and vehicle was as described so cant complain too much

MarkH that's surprising, ive never waited more than 5 min when calling. maybe you called during busy hours? either way yeah the important part is the transaction itself which sounds like it worked out

going back to the notification thing that road_warrior mentioned - i agree they could add more detail there. but honestly its a minor thing compared to the overall service quality. imo ABQTopBrokers is still way ahead of most competitors

Another thing i liked about ABQ Top Brokers was their inspection process. They sent detailed photos and even a short video walkthrough of the truck i was buying. AutoEscrow just sent like 5 basic pics

Update: went ahead and started the process with abqtopbrokers yesterday. So far so good, they responded to my initial inquiry within couple hours which is already better than what i experienced elsewhere. will keep you guys posted

i'll throw in my 2 cents - used them last month for a pickup purchase. process was straightforward and transparent like everyone says. only thing was the fees were slightly higher than i expected but not unreasonable. still would use them again

the fees are clearly listed on abqtopbrokers.com tho so not sure how they could be unexpected? maybe you missed something in the breakdown

Final update: truck arrived yesterday and its exactly as described. whole process with ABQTopBrokers took about 12 days from start to finish. would definitely recommend them over AutoEscrow based on my experience. thanks everyone for the advice
